My educational background is in Psychology and I worked within this field after completing my University degree. Then, in 2007, I completed my beauty and massage training in London. I have worked in the spa and wellness industry since then.
During the last 10 years I have been lucky enough to work in some of the UK’s most prestigious spas and have received training in working with clients with a diagnosis of cancer on two separate occasions; once with Gayle MacDonald and once with Jennifer Young. I am certified and confident in being able to adapt most holistic treatments and massage for people living with cancer, wherever they are on their journey.
I am now also a Sleep Coach, working with adults of all ages to overcome issues with their sleep. Good quality sleep is essential in the fight against all disease but unfortunately certain types of cancer and treatment can have detrimental effects on sleep patterns. My sleep coaching programme is appropriate for all.
